US Army Veteran Kenneth Davis is the founder and owner of Sylva-Rose Consulting, a firm specializing in logistics, contracting, procurement & acquisitions. With 30 years of industry experience, he has earned the Demonstrated Senior Logistician designation from The International Society of Logistics and the U.S. Army Logistics University, Level II Contracting Officer Representative , FAC-C Program Project Management level II certification, highlighting his expertise and leadership.

Throughout his career, Kenneth has managed DOD property at estimated value of $60 million, trained and mentored teams, and utilized US Army Logistic programs to drive efficiency and cost savings. He is known for his integrity, accountability, and commitment to excellence.
